Helping mission-driven teams master hybrid work, AI readiness, and trust-first leadership.

We partner with forward-thinking leaders to fix broken workflows and build sustainable, high-performing teams.

How we help

Workplace experience & collaboration audits

We analyse how your physical space, technology and work patterns impact your team's daily experience, identifying the friction points that drain collective energy.

Outcomes:

  • Fix digital workflow bottlenecks.

  • Identify office space cost inefficiencies.

  • Map team collaboration and key friction points.

AI readiness & human-centric systems design

We assess organisational readiness for AI, focusing on enhancing human capability by delegating repetitive, high-volume tasks to intelligent, time-saving systems.

Outcomes:

  • Audit workflows for AI integration potential.

  • Establish clear AI ethical governance.

  • Training for AI-human workflows.

Hybrid work experience strategy

We design hybrid working models that balance team flexibility with operational needs, replacing 'gut feeling' with data-backed frameworks and policies.

Outcomes:

  • Design equitable flexible work policies.

  • Develop hybrid team workflows and rulebooks.

  • Streamline cross-location communication.

Trust-first
leadership training

We train managers to lead autonomous hybrid teams through outcome-based management and the trust-building skills essential for fair, high-performing workplaces.

Outcomes:

  • Sustain culture within hybrid or remote settings.

  • Transition to outcome-based performance metrics.

  • Develop transparent, accountable leadership habits.

About ThinkWorkPlay

Most workplaces are incompatible with how we work today.

Past real estate decisions based on ‘gut feeling’ or out of date advice have locked many organisations into offices designed for a time when collaboration was exclusively in-person, and the need for focused work was ignored. Too often, an employee’s visit to the office equates to an endless struggle to find a quiet corner - just to join a remote call.

Hybrid working is now the dominant workstyle, yet it didn’t come with an instruction manual. Between disjointed digital processes and outdated management habits focused on control rather than trust, our workdays have become a series of ‘back-to-back’ meetings draining our energy, forcing work into overtime and causing burnout. Meanwhile, AI promises to automate processes and free up time, but most employees don’t trust the ‘black box’ or have time to experiment.

This is why I started ThinkWorkPlay: to help mission-driven leaders skip the buzzwords and use hard data as a compass to redesign the day-to-day experience of work.

We do this through:

  • Workplace experience audits to identify and fix physical and digital bottlenecks.

  • Hybrid strategy design centred on equitable policies and clear team workflows.

  • AI readiness assessments and training to move beyond the ‘black box’ and design human-centric automation.

  • Trust-first leadership training to transition managers toward outcome-based success.

As a future of workplace adviser with 12 years of research and advisory experience, I have developed a toolkit to help organisations navigate the uncertainty of the hybrid workplace. This toolkit is rooted in my PhD research in flexible working, which proved that autonomy empowers employees to work better. Building on this foundation, years of advisory work across tech and finance taught me that a workplace must act as a coherent ecosystem of space, technology, and culture. Ultimately, my own experience as a London-based working mother (and long-time hybrid and 4-day work week worker) further fuels my commitment to designing systems that don't force employees to choose between their work and their lives.

Great workplaces don’t happen by accident; they are the result of intentional, data-backed design. ThinkWorkPlay exists to bridge that gap for organisations that want to help their people work better, but don’t have all the answers yet.

We design the work systems that allow high performance and wellbeing to finally sustain each other.

If you are ready to move past the guesswork and towards a workplace that truly supports your mission, I would love to hear about the challenges you are solving.
